About the Speaker — Natalie Lorenz

Natalie Lorenz is the former owner of Decorus Home Staging in the Seattle, WA area. After relocating to Florida, she managed the company remotely and ultimately closed the sale on November 27 (the day before Thanksgiving). Today, she runs Casanovay Design in Sarasota and co-operates Decorus Arts, a reproduction artwork/printing studio. Along with Shane Lorenz, she also supports stagers and small businesses through Nova Consulting & Coaching. In this Encore RESACON® session, Natalie shares the practical, numbers-first playbook she used to prepare, value, negotiate, and succeed.
