Through Joe’s twenty-three years as an insurance litigator, Joe has learned the advantages and pitfalls of service agreements. Joe will walk you through, step by step, the process of creating a good service agreement. As the Head of Claims for RESASURE’s own insurance program, Joe will use his “real-claim” experience to help you navigate the process of creating a sound document.
Attorney Joe Denneler will explain the dangers of bringing independent contractors on to your job, and walk you through the process of creating a Sub-Contractor agreement to protect you, your client, and insulate your business’s insurance policies.
Lastly, a Q&A session to answer any of your questions regarding how to keep your business safe!
