Good Starting Point

I bought the 2021 State of the Industry Report and it was from the Pandemic timeframe which was a different landscape for the Real Estate Market. I found the info useful but it would have been nice to see pre-pandemic stats comparison. I wish it had more Canadian information as well.

Great Visual Benchmark

This 41-page report is full of charts and graphs that help me appreciate where my business stands among the 550 Home Stagers who completed the survey in the areas of: inventory, business statistics, services (2019 vs. 2020 comparison), pricing, leads, etc. I found that I was in a majority group (on the low-side of things) and identified where I have opportunities to enhance my business and services.
